INTERNET ORDERING
We aim to post your order to you within 5 working days of receiving it, however, due to demand and stock levels this may take longer so please allow a maximum of 28 days.
There is no minimum order limit so you can order as little as you require, we would advise, however, when ordering wool that you order enough to finish your project as colour batches may vary slightly and we cannot guarantee to provide consistency.
If any goods are out of stock but due to be restocked within a few days, we may hold on to your order until it can be completed, we will inform you of any significant delays in order to provide you with the opportunity of cancelling that part of your order if you so wish.
We do not provide replacement items without confirming with you first that this is what you want - we like to communicate with our clients.
PRICES
All the prices on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the standard rate. For customers ordering from the United States, Canada and Australia the VAT element of your order will be refunded.
Any price increases are kept to a minimum, and our website will be updated accordingly to reflect these as necessary.

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with any of the goods you receive, please notify us as soon as possible. We can then discuss with you what options are available for replacement or refund. The goods should then be returned within 30 days, to the address provided in our contact details,
in a new and unused condition, only then will a replacement or refund be given, less the cost of postage. Where goods are supplied in packs or containers these must be unopened.
The cost of and the safe return of goods remains the responsibility of the customer. When returning items we suggest you obtain a receipt as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.
